from the first time we came to Nashville, my husband fell in love with The Anson, a few months later, here we are!!! I really love this place, the staff are lovely. I love the activities they have for the residents, it makes us feel part of the team. 10/10

I can honestly say that living here has been incredible. Unfortunately, I am coming up on the end of my lease and it pains me to say my wife and I will be leaving The Anson solely for more space (we are in a 3 bedroom). I have lived in a few different apartments and, unlike here, I have always counted down the months until I get to leave. The staff is more like friends, the amenities are always open and clean, the clubhouse is more like an extension of your apartment than just a place to go deal with your lease. You have the ability to go work, hang out, workout, or play the games they have inside and by the pool. The pool and pool area are the nicest you’ll find at an apartment complex, I can promise you that. Submerged Lounge Chairs, wadding areas, plenty of seating, bar and outdoor tv with cable hooked up so you can actually use it, ping pong table, fire pit, grills, the outdoor amenities are endless. The outdoor amenities also can be enjoyed by your dogs with the dog park and pet washing station which our 2 have gotten more than their fair share of use out of. In every apartment I’ve lived in prior, the staff didn’t even know my name, they didn’t have events for residents so they could actually get to know you, which is the exact opposite here. You walk in, they say hello to you by name, they put on social events (that are actually fun for people in their 20s-30s), and are always doing something to make you feel at home. Location is also great as well, being the halfway point between the city and Franklin, and having Brentwood right down the street, there’s never that dread of having to make a drive or worry about a bunch of tourists filling up the roads. It’s close to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. which is extremely convenient. Basically, if I were to make a decision as to where to live over again, I would pick the Anson 100% of the time. I promise you won’t regret it!

The Anson is a great apartment complex. Nice and clean amenities, and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful to tenants. They are strict and have a lot of rules, but they are all to keep the place looking good and running well. You will hear loud cars consistently on Bell rd. and noise in the parking lots on the weekends. Overall, I am happy with my experience here. I would recommend it to those who are ok with being close to other people and are not noise sensitive. Also one slight drawback, I have heard rapid gunfire numerous times out on Bell Rd. And the traffic light leaving the apt. Can be very dangerous. These are just things to know.

I love living at The Anson Apartments! The pool is my favorite amenity. I love how the office staff is so professional and friendly. Free Frothy Monkey coffee in the gorgeous office! They have the best resident gatherings and treats like the luau this summer, the Jungle Cruise movie night complete with all the snacks and popcorn, free Tiff’s Treats cookies, social media giveaways, and food truck Thursday’s just to name a few! Besides the pool, I love my balcony, high ceilings, deep kitchen sink and massive kitchen island. It is conveniently located near I-24 and only 20mins from downtown Nashville. Luxury city apartments with a nature feel thanks to the gorgeous wooded backyard patio. Maintenance staff is the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and I’ve lived at 4 other apartments in Nashville! They are quick and easy to get a hold of! Couldn’t be more proud of where I live (: - Krissy

I can’t speak highly enough for this place. We first met with Emily. She made us feel so at home that we had to make it our home. Since then we have received nothing but top notch care. Darrel is our maintenance guy and he takes such personal care. He knows our name and always makes sure to keep our breezeway blown clean so our daughter won’t get scared by a leaf that she thinks is a bug. She makes sure to thank him for his hard work, and so do we. We love it here and the staff is amazing. You should for sure move in.

First and foremost I love being apart of this community. There are a lot of rules, but I don't have time to do much but sleep anyways so I can't complain. I do wish the pool was deeper than 3 feet. It's a nice pool but not much to do but sit in it. The pool rule is 3 wrist bands which isn't a bad thing but if you have a significant other as well as another couple you wanted to invite to the pool that becomes complicated lol. As far as management I love Joi she's so nice and helpful as well as Emily. However, we recently got a new property manager, who I now have needed help from twice and both times was not only unhelpful, but quite dismissive of everything I said as well as the solutions I suggested to my issues. In both instances Joi or Emily ended up being the one to actually help me solve my problem. So as far as management, I pray they don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Maintenance staff is also very friendly and helpful and responds in a timely manner and I'm always appreciative of their services and kindness. A few things I wish were a bit different but understandable. The speed bumps, are a bit excessive and harsh on the tires even when going slow, but I understand why they were put in, just wish there weren't as many, as well as the trash has to be put out and taking in at a certain time which can be stressful just because I come home late which means I'd miss the trash and the solution there is to pack it into my car and dump it myself at the trash compactor and finally I already mentioned the pool, but not much they can do about that at this point unless they raise our rent to redo it, and I cant afford that haha so I'll live with it. Really superficial complaints besides the new property manager. But all in all, they are nice apartments in Antioch a pretty penny, but nice. I do enjoy living here. Check them out!

The Anson is extremely over priced for what you get. The craftsmanship of the actual apartment is subpar. My countertop isn't flush, the interior doors lock but can be jiggled open, and the walls and ceiling are paper thin. I honestly thought they were doing construction on the apartment below mine for the first 6 months I lived here due to the noise. The noise from traffic is even worse though. It's right next to Bell Road, and you can hear every single car. Even if you get a floor fan for noise, you'll still get woken up. They do an okay job keeping the front of the apartment clean, but trash litters the side facing the road. It's still part of the apartment property, but I'm not sure how it even gets so much trash. I only ever see people walking dogs back there, but it's still got candy wrappers and trash bags strewn about. Even the parking lot often has trash, like fast food, plastered on spaces. Neighbors aren't great...I had a dog urinating through the balcony above me onto mine for around 8 months. Trash pickup (which they force you to pay for each month) was so bad and inconsistent they had to replace the company the first year. Due to a lack of decent options around Nashville, which has quickly become overcrowded due to mass immigration to this state, I signed a lease for a second year. Big mistake. My rent jumped up over $300 in a single year, and what did I get for that? Trash is bad again, we recently had the entire building not have trash picked up for several days. They started charging me the new rent + the old, and even did so with the prorated (partial) month. They've done that twice now. The first time, they fixed it and the portal's autopay handled it just fine. The second time, they took longer to fix it, didn't tell me when it was done, and then tried to charge me a late fee. When they agreed to remove the late fee, they then said I can't pay through the portal and have to go get a cashier's check. I travel a lot for my work, if I didn't happen to be here in Nashville at the moment, I wouldn't be able to get a cashier's check and deliver it in person. All this due to a badly coded renter portal. The pool is...disappointing. It's a nice spot to lay out, but it's like 3 feet deep. They've also had the pool closed repeatedly, so it's not very reliable that you can even use the thing. They used to email us ads for some taco place and a clothing brand, directly from the Anson address, so if you opted out I guess you would stop getting anything from them, including actual apartment information about things like the pool being closed down. The gates are broken quite a lot, but then they added numerous speedbumps and some gate arms next to the gate...all this did was make it incredibly slow to get out in the mornings. They stopped using the gate arms now...guess that was a great investment by them huh? You have lockers you can receive packages at, but they're pretty much constantly filled up. They have 2 areas to get your packages, but the floors are covered with packages they had no lockers to deliver them to, so you may have to go dig your item out of a pile. One positive note is that the entrance to the apartment is next to a traffic light, so it's easy to make left turns out to go towards Brentwood. These apartments aren't terrible, but the management isn't good and the price is way too high, although unfortunately all renting prices are huge in Nashville. Recently opened apartments in the area are often similarly priced if not cheaper, and have better amenities and are a bit further from the road. This place just isn't good enough to be paying more in monthly rent than most people pay for a mortgage, especially when you can't even trust them to charge rent correctly.

I’ve lived here at the Anson for 16 1/2 months now and I’m still loving it! Very nice, clean quiet, friendly, safe environment. I love my views of the surroundings of the landscape, hallways & staircases are very spacious and very easy to …
